Product Manufacturing Process Flow

1. Raw Material Inbound Inspection

We verify the specifications and materials of raw inputs—including insulating substrates, metal conductors, and sealing auxiliaries—thereby controlling fundamental quality at the source.

2. Precision Machining / Molding

Complete the molding of insulation components, winding of instrument transformer cores, and machining of cable accessory components in accordance with technical drawings, ensuring machining precision.

3. Component Assembly

All components are assembled in accordance with standardized processes, ensuring structural compatibility and precise assembly.

4. Insulation Encapsulation Treatment

The insulation potting, sealing, and curing processes have been completed, thereby enhancing the product's insulation performance and environmental protection capabilities.

5. Withstand Voltage & Insulation Testing

Conduct specialized performance testing in accordance with electrical industry standards to screen out products with defective insulation.

6. Visual Re-inspection

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of product dimensions, form, and surface finish, and strictly control the aesthetic quality of the finished products.

7. Finished Product Labeling and Packaging

Clearly labeled with model number, specifications, and production batch, the product features moisture-proof and shock-resistant packaging suitable for international logistics transport.

8. Received into Stock, Awaiting Shipment

Finished goods are classified and stored in accordance with standardized procedures; picking and shipment are centrally coordinated based on orders.
